The View From Here...

I don't know where this idea came from, but I reckon it will be really interesting (if it works)...

I'm always fascinated to see what other people's lives are like. I remember coming across a section in the Curvy publications showcasing the view from the window's of various artists featured in the book. Another time it was something near their house. Looking at the photos and back at their artwork, I thought it lent an insightful angle to my perception of the art and the artist.

So, my idea. To put a call out for a photo from your window. I'll pick a bunch of entries to showcase in a post. I thought it would also be interesting if you included an example of your work (whatever you do!).

What do you think? If you're up for the challenge, email your photos (under 1MB pleez) to jordan@theartofjordan.com, along with your name, origin and an interesting fact about yourself. If you have a blog, website, store etc just include the link and I'll attach it to your entry.
